I got my books today! Gut and Psychology Syndrome and Internal Bliss are HERE!!!!! They are so BEAUTIFUL!!! I can't wait to begin reading. Sorry about not posting today, I was at a friend's house for most of the day. Now I really want to cook a roast; her house smelled amazing ALL DAY. Did I mention I'm fasting?

It's not bad so far! I'm trying a slow cooked chicken soup recipe today, we'll see how that goes. After I have the results and can assess the recipe properly, I'll post it in recipes. Many of the recipes are directly lifted from grainfreefoodies though, so using them is almost like having half the cookbook!
