Area for Supp Recommendations

Hi Summer - can we have an area where people can put suggestions of all the supplements they take & the dosage of each (maybe a new topic for each type of supplement?). I'm looking into, for example, what type of digestive enzymes, HCL, FCLO, etc etc (I forget them all - oh yeah, probees). I haven't finished the book yet, but I have read her recommendations for on-line - so I do have that resource, but if other people have already blazed the trail and have found out where the supps are the cheapest with free shipping, if a certain brand & dose works better, then that would be soooo helpful.

How about an area to recommend all things related to GAPS, including cookbooks, certain brands, suggestions for where to buy things, and of course supplements?
